Procedures and Information

These procedures are provided to facilitate current graduate students in the UK School of Music in fulfilling their academic requirements. For official policies, students should follow the guidelines of the Graduate School Bulletin.

Graduate School Forms are available online at the Graduate School web site. You can fill in the blanks and print it. Be sure to sign it and submit it to the DGS office one week prior to the due day to allow for review and processing time.
