Dr. Cecilia Wang teaches courses in general music education, research, arts in education, psychology of music, tests and measurements and directs theses and dissertations in these areas. She is the Director of the Orff Schulwerk Program at the University of Kentucky. She obtained her BME from Viterbo University, and MME and PHD in Fine Arts from Texas Tech University. She presents research papers and publishes regularly and internationally. Her research interests include music perception, music learning and development, creative thinking in music, and teacher effectiveness.
