The University of Kentucky Theatre Program is grounded in the belief that theatre is a fundamental cultural necessity that enriches all who participate in it. Our program emphasizes the practical and the theoretical, and is geared toward students who are interested in theatre as a part of a liberal arts education as well as those who might wish to pursue further professional training or a career in theatre. All University of Kentucky Theatre Degree programs allow students to customize their course of study to provide a unique and individualized focus in theatre studies.
