Every citizen in the Commonwealth has a state senator and a state representative, elected to create the laws and policies that govern the lives of Kentuckians. The State Senate and the House of Representatives come together to form the Kentucky General Assembly. As responsible citizens and voters, we need to stay informed about the legislative process in Frankfort, as well as the ways our tax monies are being spent.
