Graduate School Bulletin - Spring
The Department of Horticulture participates in the interdisciplinary graduate program leading to the Master of Science in Plant and Soil Science, with an emphasis in Horticultural Science (see the program description for Plant and Soil Science for details). This study and research program relates to innovative cultural practices for vegetables, fruit, nursery or floricultural crops and/or horticultural plant biology.
Students interested in working in horticulture toward a Doctor of Philosophy degree may enter the Plant Physiology program or the Crop Science program (see the program descriptions for Plant Physiology and Crop Science for details).
