E-mail Broadcast Announcement Regarding
myUK Employee Self Service

The following message was distributed to all UK faculty and staff on April 11, 2008:

Dear University of Kentucky Employee,

We are pleased to announce UK staff and faculty may now access and, in some cases, update their employee profile information online through myUK Employee Self-Service (ESS).

This new site, a service of the UK Integrated Resource Information Systems (IRIS), allows employees to review the following:

  • Paystubs (for all current and future pay periods, as well as pay periods dating back to March 2006)
  • Federal and state tax information (W-4 and K-4)
  • Personal identification information, including UK Person ID ~ Your current vacation and temporary disability (sick) leave balances, along with a history of your leave usage.

In addition, you may also now view and update your home address online through ESS, without the need to fill out paper forms.

Note: During the upcoming Open Enrollment period (April 21-May 9), employees may take advantage of a new online enrollment option through ESS. Look for more details in future e-mail announcements and mailings.
