Elder Care Support Group Now Offered at Three Convenient Locations Each Month!
What is the CARE Group? (Support Group for Working Caregivers)
This is a support group for UK employees who are taking care of parents, in-laws, and other older adults in their family. A support group provides a supportive atmosphere for caregivers, provides an opportunity for members to help each other through sharing of information and stories, and is a way to learn about resources and other information that pertains to a specific problem or issue.
As an ongoing resource for UK employees, Elder Care hosts monthly caregiver support group meetings. Our meetings now take place at three convenient locations. Please plan to join us and benefit from the insights of experts and fellow caregivers alike:
CARE Group Summer 2008 Meeting Dates - July CARE Support Groups are canceled. Please contact the Elder Care office if you would like to join a CARE group in August.
Room 220, Suite 1 – Scovell Hall (Second Thursday each month) - 12:00 to 1:30 p.m.

Room C110 – UK Hospital (Third Thursday each month) - 12:00 to 1:30 p.m.

Room 379 – Service Bldg. (Fourth Thursday each month) - 12:00 to 1:30 p.m.
