Save time by calling Elder Care!

When services, equipment or special-care facilities are needed, referrals are individually researched, regardless of where a relative lives. The referrals usually are mailed within three working days to the employee. Then, a staff member follows up to make sure referrals are satisfactory. Although Elder Care staff members cannot endorse specific services, they can help with the selection process by answering questions and finding additional information about the referrals. Contact an Elder Care Specialist today at (859)323-4600 or e-mail the office.

Caregiver's ToolKit

To recognize UK employee caregivers, Elder Care is offering a free Caregiver's Kit. The kit includes a free publication "Resources on Caring for your Aging Relative or Friend," which is produced by AARP Kentucky and UK Elder Care. Topics include physical concerns, care options, legal and financial issues, and emotional and spiritual support, plus resources for long-distance care giving. E-mail the Elder Care office to request your copy.

The UK Elder Care Program does not endorse listed Web sites. The Elder Care Program provides them for your information as leads to further your search for information.
