- January 16 - "Ask Ann" Our very own Ann Bassoni – LCSW, UK’s Work+Life Connections mental health counselor will be answering any and all of your questions about mental health as it relates to caregiving.
- February 20 - "Balance" Amy Rodquist will help attendees find where they need balance in their lives.
