HR Services Available During Special Holidays
The Human Resources areas listed below will offer limited services 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 12/24/08; Friday, 12/26/08; Monday, 12/29/08; Tuesday, 12/30/08; Wednesday, 12/31/08; and Friday, 01/02/09.
Benefits Office (112 Scovell Hall)
Front Desk staff will be available to receive and distribute forms and answer basic benefits questions. If you have questions regarding Benefits services, call 257-9519, option 3.
Compensation/Records (21 Scovell Hall)
Compensation staff will be available to assist with position assignments/PARs and to provide JAQ information. Records staff will be available to assist with employee records. If you have questions regarding position assignments/PARs and Employee Records, call 257-9480. For JAQ questions, you may call 257-8972.
Employment/STEPS (112 Scovell Hall)
Front Desk staff will be available to answer employment questions, review and approve I-9s, assist walk-ins in the computer lab in using the Online Employment System and assist with other basic employment services. If you have questions relating to Employment services, call 257-9555, option 2.
HR Satellite Office (317 Wethington Building)
Our Satellite Office will be open from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (the office will be closed for lunch each day from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.). Our staff will be available to manage the pre-employment screening processes, receive and distribute employment forms and review and approve I-9s.
