Adopt a Senior Pet Month
November is National Adopt a Senior Pet month. While puppies and kittens are cute, they also require a special effort that senior pets do not need. Adopting a senior can be rewarding for everyone involved. Ask your local shelter if they are running any specials on senior pets this month. Most are very willing to work with you and will make special deals to help these deserving animals find homes.
