2010 UK@Work Survey Results
Most Valued Work-Life Programs
Faculty and staff were asked to rate the value of existing work-life programs. The most valued work-life programs were retirement planning workshops and counseling, UK tuition discount (Family Education Program) and flexible work arrangement guidelines, respectively. Faculty also value phased retirement and confidential financial counseling. Staff value career development workshops and consultations and flexible work arrangement workshops and consultations.
