2010 UK@Work Survey Results: Staff Responses
Staff Recruitment and Retention
About half the staff (51%) expect to work at UK for 10 or more years. This score is up from 47% in 2005. Additionally, nearly three-quarters (72%) of staff expect to work at UK until retirement. At the same time, 44% of staff have seriously considered leaving UK compared to 53% in 2005.
