    • Facility’s physical condition: is it clean, safe, inviting to children?
    • Caregiver’s qualifications, training and length of time at center.
    • Is a staff person certified in CPR and First Aid on duty at all times?
    • Staff to Child ratio? Is this depended on child’s age?
    • Group Size? Is this dependent on child’s age?
    • Balance of quiet and active play?
    • Are there age appropriate activities and materials that promote the development of the child?
