2011 Work-Life Supervisor of the Year Award

The 2011 Work-Life Supervisor of the Year Luncheon took place on Wedneday, October 26, 2011. Over 70 nominees were recognized at this year's event. This year's winner was J. David Hardison, Director of the Enterprise Applications Group (EAG) and Professor, College of Dentistry.

J. David Hardison is Director of the Enterprise Applications Group (EAG) for the University of Kentucky and a Professor in the College of Dentistry. He has oversight of the University’s enterprise level systems including SAP that serve the campus and healthcare units.


Dr. Hardison graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in June 1980 and served in the U. S. Public Health Service in Lexington, New York City, and Rochester, MN before joining the faculty in 1986. In 2000, he completed his MBA at UK and in 2004 became Functional Lead for the SAP implementation effort for the University. As of July 2008, he was appointed as Director of the support organization for SAP. His greatest professional honor is to be associated with outstanding colleagues at the University of Kentucky. His greatest pleasure is his family.
