UK@Work Survey Results: Career Growth and Advancement (Staff)
The survey asked staff respondents to indicate levels of agreement with various questions related to career growth and advancements.
More than seven out of 10 staff agreed with statements regarding understanding of job responsibilities (90 percent), availability of information needed to their jobs effectively (89 percent), and available opportunities for skill enhancement (70 percent).
