UK@Work Survey Results: Commitment to Diversity (Staff and Faculty)
As indicated in the chart below, a strong majority of staff and faculty overall agreed their colleagues respect individual and cultural differences, though African-American respondents among faculty and staff were less likely to indicate agreement.
Other results indicate that, relative to their peers, African-American staff and faculty respondents were less likely to agree the university and its policies promote individual and cultural differences.
