UK@Work Survey Results: Supervisor Effectiveness (Staff)
Nearly three-quarters (73 percent) of staff respondents report overall satisfaction with their immediate supervisors. The following chart depicts levels of agreement with various elements of supervisory effectiveness.
Further results from both faculty and staff surveys indicate relatively high levels of perceived support from department chairs and supervisors.
