Retiree Health Plan Rates Under Age 65 -
Eligible to Retire After July 1, 2007
The following calculator will figure the 2011-2012 monthly health plan premiums for retirees who hired prior to January 1, 2006 and became eligible to retire after July 1, 2007. Monthly health plan premiums reflect specific percentages of the total monthly plan cost and are based on age and years of service at retirement. (click here to view the age-service table)

Retirees over age 65 must enroll in the UK Medicare Carveout Classic plan. The monthly cost for retiree only coverage for the Carveout plan is 10% of the total monthly rate or $28. Click here for more information on the Medicare Carveout Classic plan.
