Health Plans - Eligibility

You are eligible to enroll in the health plans if you are a:

• regular full-time employee (FTE)
• regular half-time employee
• regular part-time employee, with an assignment of .20 FTE or more
• temporary part-, half-, or full-time employee with an assignment of at least .20 FTE and with sufficient earnings to make the necessary premium payments

• your spouse
• your unmarried dependent children up to age 25 who are dependent on you for support
• your mentally or physically disabled children of any age who were or became disabled before the age limit and who were already covered by your plan
• your sponsored dependent
• unmarried children of your adult sponsored dependent up to age 25 and who reside in the employee's household
