Health Plan Summaries
For each plan year beginning July 1, The University of Kentucky provides a Certificate of Coverage (COC) also known as a Summary of Plan Details (SPD) for each Health Plan in PDF format. We recommend members become familiar with their plan's summary prior to receiving care. These documents will be posted on this page during the first part of July 2008.
