Retiree Health Plan Rates Under Age 65
Already Retired or Eligible to Retire as of July 1, 2007
Employees retired or eligible to retire as of July 1, 2007 will receive a credit of $578 towards the health plans for 2009-2010.
Eligible to Retire After July 1, 2007
Monthly Retiree Only costs will be determined by age and years of service.
2009 - 2010 Actively Working Rate
Retirees who return to work for the University of Kentucky on a temporary or part-time basis (eight hours per week minimum, on average) qualify to receive the active employee UK credit toward the cost of coverage.
