Retirement Incentive Application

Faculty who wish to participate in the program must submit a completed application (to address listed on application) by 5 p.m. on February 21, 2011. Those who submit applications will be sent a a separation of employment waiver/agreement, which must be returned no later than 5 p.m. April 11, 2011. Please note: Faculty who apply but decide to opt out of the program will have 7 days from the date the signed waiver is received to rescind their application.

Your individual request for application will remain strictly confidential. The total number of application requests made between January 24 and February 21 may be shared with the Office of the Provost for planning purposes and to gauge general interest in this program.
