Health & Wellness - Overview
As part of Human Resources, the University of Kentucky Health & Wellness Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the University community through education, individual empowerment and intervention. UK Health & Wellness provides a full range of wellness, nutrition and lifestyle support services, as well as an on-campus fitness program.
In general, all University of Kentucky employees, retirees, and their spouses or sponsored dependents are eligible to participate at little or no cost. However, some programs have specific eligibility criteria. If you have questions, please contact the Health & Wellness office at (859) 257-WELL (9355), or visit the website or email.
Healthtrac is an easy-to-use, confidential, online health improvement program. It gives you an overview of your health status and a customized action plan to improve or maintain your health. Plus, you get access to numerous reliable health resources. Any UK employee, retiree, spouse or sponsored dependent enrolled in a UK health plan is eligible to participate. Aside from the potential health benefits, you can earn up to $180 per fiscal year for participating. Register now.
Who is eligible to participate in Healthtrac?
UK employees, retirees, and their spouses or sponsored dependents enrolled in a UK health plan (UK-HMO, UK-PPO, UK-EPO, etc.) are eligible to participate. Being enrolled in another UK benefit plan, such as vision or dental, does not by itself make you eligible to participate. You must be enrolled in a UK health plan in order to participate. Dependents are not eligible. Register now.
