In addition, Career Innovation, a unique career management tool, offers several features of particular interest to managers and supervisors. The site provides useful models for preparing for career conversations or other potentially difficult conversations with employees. It includes helpful tips and insights from both the employer’s and the employee’s perspective. Other employee-centered features of this tool include an assessment of competencies, a career alignment audit, a goals analysis, an evaluation job fit, considerations for making an employee’s current work more interesting, and much more.
Managers and supervisors should also be aware of classes and workshops currently available or consultations and customized presentations that can be arranged through HR Training and Development.
