Human Resources The University of Kentucky: One great place to work.

Dual Career Partner Information

Dear Colleagues and Friends:

The University of Kentucky recognizes that attracting and retaining outstanding employees often depends on meeting the needs of two careers. Dual Career Partner resources and advocacy are intended to help partners of newly hired faculty and professional staff members who must relocate to the area, and to aid in the recruitment of such faculty and professional staff with dual career partners. While employment is not guaranteed, the Dual Career Partner assistance provides partners of newly hired or prospective faculty and staff members with networking and identifying job opportunities, both within the University and the greater Lexington area.

Whether your partner has already accepted or is contemplating an offer of employment from the University of Kentucky, the purpose of this website is to give you quick access to many things that will hopefully make your relocation and transition to the Central Kentucky area easier (see resource links below and at right). You may also contact us for a free consultation by calling (859) 257-2608 or e-mail ukjobs@email.uky.edu.

We look forward to assisting you as we are able.

Regards,
Catie Lasley
