This is why we are offering numerous trainings to help departments develop their hiring and selection skills. Below is an overview of featured trainings offered.

How do you know what steps to take to hire a new employee at UK? Or know what resources and tools are available to aid you through the process? This training will walk you through the fundamentals of UK’s hiring process. We will take a step-by-step approach to ensure that you understand everything from posting a job requisition, screening and interviewing your applicants, and processing all the necessary paperwork to officially offer and hire a candidate.
