Dual Career Partner Program

The University of Kentucky recognizes that attracting and retaining outstanding employees often depends on meeting the needs of two careers. HR Employment's Dual Career Partner resources are designed to help partners of newly hired faculty and staff members who must relocate to the area, and to aid in the recruitment of faculty and staff with dual career partner needs.

Relocation Expenses for Incoming Faculty & Staff

To better attract quality faculty and staff, the University of Kentucky may reimburse newly hired or transferred employees for certain expenses incurred during relocation, available funding permitting.  For complete regulations pertaining to this issue, please note the specific information located in the Business Procedures Manual.

I-9 and Drug Free Policy Form Processing

The I-9 form is a Federal requirement for employment in the United States for which individuals provide documentation establishing both identity and employment eligibility. The University of Kentucky is a drug-free workplace. The “Drug Free Policy Notification Form” is required for all new employees. Every new employee of the university must complete the I-9 and drug free policy prior to beginning a job.
