This University ID card can be used by staff and faculty of the University of Kentucky for employee identification purposes.

Human Resources creates updated ID cards for all full-time faculty and staff automatically each year in early August. The process outlined on this page should be used when a new card is necessary beyond the annual print date.

You may request a free paper UK ID card for staff and faculty below.

DO NOT REQUEST A UK ID CARD FOR A NEW HIRE UNLESS THEY DID NOT
RECEIVE IT WHEN THEY ATTENDED NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION.
