Fact about W2 forms for UK Employees
A W2 tax document will be mailed to any employee who received a paycheck from the University of Kentucky in the previous calendar year. The W2 document from UK is not currently available electronically.
The W2 tax document will typically be mailed from UK by January 31 of the current year. Please allow at least 1 business week for the document to arrive. It will be sent to the mailing address that you have on file currently in the myUK HR/Payroll online system (myuk.uky.edu).
If you have not received your W2 yet and are wondering what may have happened to it, please use the resources below to make inquiries. Note that UK doesn't start taking reprint requests until 2-13-13.

If you have not received your W2 form yet, you can get more information here:
- By calling the UK Payroll office at 859-257-3946. The phone menu will allow you to choose the correct payroll clerk based on last name alphabet sections. You are welcome to leave a message if you cannot reach someone immediately. Call volume is high during tax season, and we appreciate your patience.
- By visiting the UK Payroll webpage at www.uky.edu/EVPFA/Controller/payroll.htm. Once there, click the "Staff" tab if you would like to contact a staff member directly by phone or email.
