Tips for Fresh Ideas!
Thought process "stuck in a rut?" The Employee Involvement Association recommends the following tips to get headed in a fresh, new direction and come up with some great improvement ideas.
- Think about things outside your normal range of thought
- Engage in debate when possible to get new perspectives

- Never stop asking "why?"
- Listen to others
- Look for better ways to do everything
