myUK Employee Self Service Overview

myUK Employee Self-Service (ESS) provides convenient online access to an array of University resources and tools to update your benefits, compensation and personal information. If you're checking out ESS for the first time, review the feature guide below for details and review the list of features in the menu at right. Click on each feature in the menu for step-by-step instructions.
As part of the effort to "Go Green", the University has adopted online pay statements for all employees and eliminated paper statements except for those employees who opt in annually to receive them. Click here for details and instructions to view your pay statements online.
Getting Started: Sign on to myUK Employee Self Service
Start by going to the http://myUK.uky.edu site and logging in using
your "link blue" username and password.
You'll log on with the same, University-wide user name/password combination you use to log into UK computers and to Exchange e-mail, among other systems.
Once logged in, click on the Employee Self-Service tab, as shown below.
This will bring up the Employee Self Service Overview menu. From here, navigate to major feature areas (Employee Search, Benefits and Payment, Training, Working Time and Personal Information). You may also access those major feature areas from top blue navigation bar - from anywhere inside Employee Self-Service. Ready to check out Employee Self-Service for yourself?
