Email Your HR Temporary Employment Timesheets
Why Fax When You Can Email!
HR Temporary Employment can accept timesheets via email (in PDF format only). All payroll procedures and signatures are required.
Instructions
- Complete the timesheet with all hours worked, person ID number, job placement number, and required signatures (employee's and supervisor's).
- Scan the completed and signed timesheet into PDF format.
- Email the PDF version to tempemptimesheets@email.uky.edu by noon on timesheet due dates.
You should receive an automated response once your email is received in HR Temporary Employment (Outlook users only).
If you are using UK's Outlook email there is no need to call and confirm receipt.
If you are emailing your PDF timesheet from a Non-UK email (Yahoo, AOL, etc.) you should call (859) 257-9518 to confirm receipt.
- Submit the original signed copy of the timesheet to your supervisor.
Supervisors still must forward the original copies of timesheets to HR Temporary Employment (103 Scovell Hall, 0064) by each Friday pay day.
