Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2012 Heart Sole & Glove 5K! It was a chilly morning, but we still had 263 brave souls who raced despite the winter weather. During one of the warmest Kentucky winters, the coldest day happened to fall on race day! Here are some highlights of race day: Several runners completed their first ever 5K, and some of our youngest finishers crossed with their dad in a snug-looking jogging stroller. I believe the cold winds motivated several of you to personal record times! We were able to donate approximately $1,400 to the UK College of Dentistry Mobile Van Outreach Program thanks to all of you who registered. Thank you again, and I hope to see you next February!
