HyperDrive Fitness Specialty Class (Fitness Level - Intermediate to Advanced)
Are you fit and ready for a new challenge? Kick your body into hyperdrive with our new Fitness Specialty Class. “Bring it” with eight weeks of plyometrics, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), speed drills, and agility work. Participants will complete fitness tests before training begins and at the end of the eight-week period to assess results. Participants will receive free take-home workouts and training logs. Meet your instructor, Trent Salo, HFS ASCM.
Dates: Mondays, March 4 - April 22 (8 Weeks)
Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Location: 132 Seaton Center
Cost: $35 (Payable by credit/debit card, or bring check/cash to 116A Seaton). You will be able to pay with your credit/debit card during the registration process.
Registration and payment due by 4:30 p.m., Fri., March 1.

Meet Your Instructor Trent Salo earned his B.S. in Exercise Science at Calvin College and is currently working toward his Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at UK. He is certified as a Health and Fitness Specialist, by the ACSM. Trent, who is from Rudyard, MI, is interested in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT); strength and conditioning of both athletes and weekend warriors; and helping his clients meet weight loss goals and utilize exercise as means of disease prevention.
