A.     Look at not only what the impact of an ERP will be but also how this will move us into a more service-oriented institution.

B.     Have a philosophical and cultural discussion on how some offices become more service-oriented while still ensuring compliance with required state and federal regulations. 

C.    Discuss how to initiate a process where alternative revenue sources for the university are routinely explored.
