December 13, 2002: Subcommittees submit suggested changes to mission, vision, and values statements.

February 14, 2003: Subcommittees submit objectives and success measures (including baseline data, annual targets and identified responsible parties).

April 21, 2003: Executive Steering Committee summarizes the work of the subcommittees, prepares a draft of the plan, and shares with the University Community.

May 2, 2003: Executive Steering Committee gets feedback from the campus community.

June 24, 2003: Presentation of the 2003-2006 Strategic Plan to the Board of Trustees.
