Minutes – January 30, 2003

Attendees:  Frank Butler, Joe Claypool, Zed Day, Paul DePriest, Don Perrier, Tom Samuel, Ann Smith, Heather Wright.

1. A review of the survey that was sent to Subcommittee members, clinical chairs, and to the retreat group was presented by the consultants. Suggested changes were discussed and adopted. 
2. The latest version of the strategic plan draft was reviewed, and suggestions for alterations were made by the Subcommittee. One area of improvement is to be more specific around the metrics for success and timelines to achieve these. Position names (i.e., Executive Vice President for Health Affairs) rather than individuals will be used. It was agreed that the latest draft will be circulated electronically to all interested groups for review and comment.
