The Honors Program Knit Club meets in the Honors Student Lounge to work on their fiber projects, chat, and just relax after strenuous classes. Times and days for Knit Club change each semester to accommodate student availability.
Everyone is welcome to join in the fun. Not sure what the difference between knitting and crocheting? Can’t do either? We have plenty of people who can teach you how. We also have yarn, needles, and hooks to loan out.
The Knit Club members are in the process of making 8” x 8” squares to be joined into blankets for Project Linus, a local charity. Even if you can’t participate in Knit Club meetings, please feel free to drop off knitted or crocheted 8” x 8” squares at the Honors Program office.
