Group Fitness Class Descriptions
20/20/15:
20 minutes of step, 20 minutes, of kickboxing & 15 minutes of toning all in ONE class!! This class is great if you like variety.
ABS:
20 minute class that targets your core. The solution to getting toned & strong abs!!
Dance/Hip Hop:
Learn to dance like you see in the music videos and get a great workout! This is a street-dance based class utilizing the newest funky patterns and variations, combining hip-hop, funk, and dance techniques that are challenging and fun. This class combines energy, style and a touch of attitude with hip-hop and pop music!
Hot Body Boot Camp:
In this class, anything goes! Get your body in top shape. This class will utilize everything and anything from drills, circuit training, kickboxing, and even toning. Sure to be a fun and challenging workout!
Pilates:
Challenge your mind and body while improving muscle control‚ coordination‚ core strength‚ and flexibility. Pilates builds strength from the inside out!
Step-N-Tone:
Awesome for beginners!! A combination of step aerobics and toning. Very effective workout to increase your fitness levels.
Yoga:
Unite your mind, body and spirit through this discipline of rhythmic movement, breathing techniques & deep relaxation.
Zumba:
Zumba is a hot and fun dance aerobic workout. This class uses footwork & body movements from Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, & other Latin dances to the beat of sizzling hot Latin rhythm
NOTE: No one will be admitted 5 minutes after the class start time.
