Class Descriptions

H.A.B.I.T.: Work your Hips, Abs, Butt & Inner Thighs during this 45 minute workout

Cardio Craze: This is a high energy class that will challenge you with a variety of cardio workouts such as step, kickboxing and drills. This fun and energizing class will get you moving and sweating your way to a fitter you!

Group Gravity: This class utilizes the GRAVITY machines with a combination of toning and cardio! This class is guaranteed to give you a total body workout.

Hip Hop Hustle: This class is a completely pre-designed hip-hop dance class that’s easy to follow. It takes the fun factor up a notch with super hot moves that will have everyone wanting more!

Hot Body Boot Camp: Get ready for SPRING BREAK with this intense workout. This class will utilize everything from drills, circuit training, kickboxing, ab workouts and toning to get you in shape for the beach!

JAMS: Does your cardio workout need a jumpstart? Try this NEW CLASS that combines popular music of today with simple cardio and dance moves that vary from week to week. This class is guaranteed to keep you coming back for more.

Stretch & Tone: This class combines a series of total body toning exercises with relaxing muscle stretches to relieve the everyday stresses of school and life.
