Eligibility
The University restricts applicants for University Graduate & Family Housing to the following:
- Full-time single graduate, doctoral or professional students.
- Full-time students with families.
- Non-traditional adult full-time students.
- Post-doctoral, visiting scholars, & others affiliated with the University (departmental verification required)
Note: All departmental verification must be on official University of Kentucky letterhead and must be signed by the department head or other authorized representative of the department.
TELEPHONE SERVICE UPDATE 02-01-2008
Telephone service is no longer established with ECCI/Netwolves. Telephone billing will now be administered by Paetec. Resident accounts established through ECCI/Netwolves should automatically transfer to Paetec at no cost to the resident. All new accounts must be set up through Paetec. New to Graduate and Family Housing Effective June 1, 2007:
Residents can now apply for their parking permit online. Visit the Parking Department's website for more information: www.uky.edu/Parking.

When Should You Apply?
- Apply as early as possible before you are scheduled to arrive. You will be placed on our waiting list. Housing is limited and placement is not guaranteed.
