If you have attempted to troubleshoot your connection and you are still experiencing difficuties, or if you are not comfortable troubleshooting your connection, you may fill out the form below to request an appointment with a ResNet consultant.

Note: Before submitting the Appointment Request form, please check the system requirements listed on theSupport Policy page to ensure that your computer is supported by ResNet. You must also agree to the terms and conditions of the ResNet Waiver and Indemnity Agreement.

The student who owns the computer to be worked on must be present throughout the entire appointment in order for a ResNet Consultant to enter a residence hall room or apartment and perform troubleshotting steps on the computer.
