How to Get Help
ResNet provides free telephone and on-site technical support for the Internet connection in your residence hall or apartment. If you need help at any time with your Internet connection, you can use any of the following methods to contact us.
Move-in Weekend
If you live in a residence hall, ResNet Consultants will be stationed at various locations throughout campus to help you get connected.
You can stop by one of our tables to ask a question or sign up to have a consultant come to your room and help you get connected. Look for posters in your residence hall to find out when ResNet will be in your area.
Call Us
You may call us during our normal business hours to speak with a ResNet Consultant (see the ResNet Home Page for normal hours of operation). You can reach us at (859) 323-4948 (Press 2). You can receive technical support over the phone or schedule an appointment with a consultant.
Visit Us
If you would like to come into our office for assistance, you can find us in room 34A of Donovan Hall. We are conveniently located on Central Campus in the lower level of Donovan Hall, right next to The Underground fitness facility.

Follow the prompts given over the phone. Please remember that this is initially a Univeristy account and unless you have previously elected to recieve additional channels your personal information will not be associated with it.
