For help with your cable television:
If you are not receiving all of the cable channels, try following these instructions. If you are experiencing problems with your cable TV service ONLY (your Internet connection is working properly) or would like to order additional channels, contact Time Warner Cable at 855-330-3126. Please remember that this is initially a University account and unless you have previously elected to receive additional channels, your personal information will not be associated with it.
For general computing account questions or problems, contact the IT CSC
If you need help with computing accounts (such as Link Blue email accounts), computer lab information, or other general campus computing questions, contact the IT Customer Service Center at (859) 218-HELP(4357).
The IT CSC is located in room 111 of McVey Hall. They can also provide account assistance at the Hub in the W.T. Young Library.
