SCH Resident Manager
Pay Scale: $10:00 per hour/free housing
Job Duties: Reports directly to the Summer Conference Facilities Manager. Supervise the Assistant Managers in the administrative functions of daily Conference Housing Operations including scheduling, payroll, management of key inventory, and managing staffing needs. Provide direct oversight of front desk services, monitor the maintenance of cash boxes, organize building preparation for camps and conferences, and other duties as assigned.
SCH Assistant Manager/1
Pay Scale: $8.75 per hour/free housing
Job Duties: Reports directly to the Resident Manager, provides scheduling for Summer Conference desk workers, assume on-call responsibilities, perform administrative functions, maintain accurate billing paperwork, management of key inventory, knowledge of confrontation methods, crisis intervention techniques, be on-hand for all camp/conference check-ins and check-outs, provides good customer service strategies, and other duties as assigned.
SCH Assistant Manager/2
Pay Scale: $8.75 per hour/free housing
Job Duties: Reports directly to the Resident Manager, provides direct supervision to Advising Conference operations, assume on-call responsibilities, perform administrative functions, maintain accurate billing paperwork, management of key inventory, knowledge of confrontation methods, crisis intervention techniques, be on-hand for all camp/conference check-ins and check-outs, provides good customer service strategies, and other duties as assigned.
SCH Night Manager
Pay Scale: $9.00 per hour/free housing
Job Duties: Reports directly to the Facilities/Resident Managers, provides direct supervision to night desk clerks, perform nightly security checks, assume on-call responsibilities, perform administrative functions, maintain accurate billing paperwork, management of key inventory, knowledge of confrontation methods, crisis intervention techniques, be on-hand for all camp/conference check-ins and check-outs, provides good customer service strategies, and other duties as assigned.
SCH Desk Clerk
Pay Scale: $6.50 per hour/free housing
Job Duties: Reports directly to the Resident Manager, screen all visitors to confirm that they are authorized in the building, respond to emergencies according to procedures, maintain complete and accurate logs, and provide general information to guests/camp coordinators.
SCH Linens/Set-Up Team
Pay Scale: $6.50 per hour/free housing
Job Duties: Reports directly to the Facilities/Resident Managers, provide conference set-ups and break downs according to conference needs. Pick-up and distribute linens as needed.
