Class Descriptions
Power Yoga: This class uses postures, breath, gaze and locks to create a lean, strong body. This invigorating, heat-producing practice detoxifies the system, realigns the body and energizes the spirit. Be prepared to sweat, work hard, and challenge yourself!
Core Blast/ Lunch-Crunch: Targeting abdominal and core muscles, you will sculpt, strengthen, and stabilize your whole body. You will leave feeling balanced, centered, and strong!
Booty-Work: Targeting hips, butt & inner thighs, this class is sure to tighten & tone those hard to tame areas!
Cardio Circuit: Moderate to high intensity resistance and cardiovascular training combined in a fun, effective circuit format. The exercises are designed to target all muscle groups, for a sleek, toned look!
Step & Sculpt: Get a total body workout with this fun combination of a cardio workout and a variety of strengthening exercises. This class is sure to improve coordination, endurance, and strength!
