Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Engage and be accessible to residents
- Build community on floor
- Hold monthly community meetings
- Plan regular programs & activities
- Attend and participating in weekly staff meetings
- Be on duty in the hall and work at the front desk
Qualifications
- Be a full-time UK or BCTC student enrolled in at least one course at UK
- Be a sophomore, junior, or senior
- Be in good disciplinary standing
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher by January 2012
- Have lived in a residence hall for at least one semester
