BW Enhancement: CM Detail Enrollment Report
Several enhancements have been made to the BW CM Detail Enrollment Report.
The following new fields can now be added to the report, or be used as a filter on the report:
- Advisor Name
- Advisor Person ID (HR External)
- Advisor Central Person ID (CM)
- Highest ACT Score
- Highest SAT Score
- Fee Category
- High School (attended)
- Transfer University (attended)
- AMSTEMM (flag)
- Athlete (flag)
The report does not count as enrolled, students who are only enrolled in PADU9999 or MURR9999 classes. These are dummy classes that UK bills for, but are not UK classes.
While viewing the report, users still have the option of hiding repeated texts (default), or showing repeated texts. Users can toggle these views as needed.

By popular request, the report has been modified to show repeated values when it is exported to Excel or CSV. No matter how you choose to display the report, when you export it to Excel or CSV, all values of all fields will be filled in (if the data exists).
