Because of its integration with financial accounting, human resource, and payroll information, the University’s Faculty Effort System (FES) has been replaced with a custom development that supports effective interaction with IRIS-Financials and IRIS-HR/Payroll.
The new Faculty Effort System, which includes custom features in IRIS and an FES Client, became active on July 1, 2006. End-users now create and maintain Distribution of Effort (DOE) data for the full-time UK faculty in the new FES.
