Fund Ledger
Users can retrieve GL account summary level detail on funds with this ledger report in BW.
Choose this report from the Special Ledger drop-down menu.
Enter the required field Fiscal Period/Year (*).
Fund and GL Account are required fields (*). Options include several selection criteria.
Example is run on Fund range and Department.
After entering all required and selected criteria to narrow the search,

Ledger displays summarized by GL Account with columns Prior Month, Current Month Debits and Credits, YTD Current Month, and PTD Current Month.
