Important Reminders for Plant Maintenance

• Plant Maintenance Go Live is scheduled for May 7, 2007.
  

• Both divisions of Physical Plant – Campus and Medical Center – will utilize PM for work order processing and maintenance.
  
• Departments will continue to follow the same processes and web forms to report problems and request services.
  

• Departmental personnel will receive e-mail notifications when Work Orders are created and when they are completed. They also can display a Work Order with transaction IW33.
  
• Billing will be automatic, occurring on a weekly basis.
  
• Posting to FI will become an automated process.
